Tensionable screen mats are suitable for both fixed and portable plant when fitting to most manufacturers decks .

Our steel edge fittings lead to a significant improvement in the tensioning of the mats. Standard hook edge or inverted as required.

Polyurethane, rubber or wire mats can be provided for single and double camber machine decks.

Capping rubber to give optimum support to our screen mats, type A 20 mm lift and type B 12 mm lift with 12 mm slot.

Centre clamp bars to suit machine pitches.

Adjustable spray heads with 3/4" BSP threads for optimum washing of aggregate.

Common sizes and apertures for Parker and Niagara machines normally ex stock.

Trials on our polyurethane screen mats have shown an improved resistance to wear, resulting in less downtime in fitting replacements. Longer life and downtime reduction are both major factors in reducing costs.
